Goodwill Furniture provides customized interior and carpentry services. Since most of our work is tailor-made based on client requirements, designs, measurements, and materials, refunds and returns are limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
  • If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, the advance payment may be partially refunded after deducting consultation, design, and administrative charges.
  • If cancellation is requested after work has started, no refund will be applicable.
  • Orders for custom furniture or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

3. Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed after evaluating the stage of work completed.
  • Any refund amount, if applicable, will be credited within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
  • No refunds will be provided for delays caused due to factors beyond our control, such as material availability, site conditions, or client-side delays.

4. Returns Policy

As we provide services and custom-made products, returns are not applicable once the work is delivered or installed. Minor adjustments or corrections may be carried out if required, based on the agreed scope of work.

5. Defects & Rectifications

If any issue arises due to workmanship defects, clients must inform us within a reasonable time. We will assess the concern and provide rectification if it falls within the agreed scope and warranty terms.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project commencement
  • Delays caused by client-side issues
  • Normal wear and tear of materials
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or external factors

7. Changes to Scope of Work

Any changes requested by the client after project confirmation may involve additional costs and revised timelines. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
