We use materials as agreed upon in the quotation or contract. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to natural characteristics of wood and other materials. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
7. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide accurate information, measurements, and site access.
- Necessary approvals, permissions, and utilities (electricity, water, etc.) must be arranged by the client.
- Delays caused due to lack of access or approvals will not be the responsibility of Goodwill Furniture.
8. Cancellations & Termination
- Order cancellations after confirmation may incur cancellation charges.
- Goodwill Furniture reserves the right to terminate services if payment terms are violated or if cooperation from the client is not provided.
9. Warranty & Maintenance
Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be specified separately if applicable. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors are not covered under warranty.
